Developed, planned and implemented a complete 360 marketing campaign for Mary Kay Cosmetics with a budget of 10 million dollars — Created slogans, themes, artwork, deliverables and copy for a year-long advertising and new-media campaign — Served as one of five members of presentation team that presented campaign to Mary Kay executives, AAF representatives and auditorium of 300 peers.

We created six hand rendered, personal sayings in packs of 100 for every IBC (Independent Beauty Consultant) team across the country to spread the Be Love movement for the National Student Advertising Competition. Each IBC and their teams promote Mary Kay by placing love notes throughout their city. Each love note carries an inspiring message to empower women with #MKBeLove on the back. Web banners were created to connect Millennials with Mary Kay through youthful images and inspiring words.
